No refund determination can be made by anyone overseas, nor can modification be made verbally. Refund decisions are determined by Paris Plus, per signed contracts existing between Paris Plus and its suppliers. Written requests for refund must be made within 30 days of contracted tour date and may require up to 60 days to process. Paris Plus will make every "good-faith effort" to obtain refunds for the client for eligible refund cases; however, Paris Plus' minimum cancellation fee will be $25.00 USD in addition to any direct costs used affecting said refund. All confirmed package services cancelled, for whatever reason, including medical conditions, between confirmation date and 21 days before services will be charged $25 USD. If full payment and/or your authorization to charge your credit card is NOT received via fax or phone by the end of the fourth (4th) business day; your reservation will be cancelled. Any Special Hotel Confirmation (for a Hotel not included as one of our Contracted Hotels); made on your behalf and subsequently cancelled, for whatever reason (including, but not limited to medical reasons) will result in a minimum Service Fee of $25 per booking; plus any directly related fees associated in affecting cancellation. Any re-instatement of a reservation is possible, (based on availability), and may have a service fee of $25.00 add to your Invoice.  At times, specific hotels require only a client credit card guarantee to hold confirmed reservations. Certain hotels will charge client credit card for one night if cancellation occurs 1-7 days prior to arrival. All Pass Products GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: All Pass Products (Metro/Bus/RER, Museum Passes, L'Open Tour, Batobus, etc) are non-refundable once delivered. We do point out that all pass products to not have expiration dates and are good indefinitely; as long as they do not have any markings or defacement.
